Licensed GC. Licensed electrical.
One structure. Government-ready.

GC Launchpad self-performs licensed general contracting, electrical systems, and low-voltage work under a single licensed structure, operated by a licensed GC and Electrical Engineer with experience across government, institutional, and commercial projects.

Backed by a compliance and documentation system built for regulated environments, GCLP is structured to support set-aside work with primes or operate as a qualified prime.

Licensed, registered, and actively pursuing set-asides.

The combination that matters
Licensed GC. Licensed electrical. Low-voltage.
One company, one structure, one accountability chain.
Why choose GC Launchpad

What sets us apart for agencies and primes.

  • Licensed GC, electrical systems, and low-voltage capabilities under one structure — no subcontractor dependency for core scope
  • Self-perform capability covering project management, electrical systems, low-voltage installation, and GC work — all under GCLP licenses
  • Licensed EE with direct field experience across government, healthcare, and institutional projects
  • Authorized procurement on enterprise platforms — materials supply and installation under one engagement, no separate integrator
  • Compliance and documentation system built for government audit requirements — not adapted after the fact
  • Flexible subcontractor network for scalable execution without joint venture complexity
Compliance & Documentation Approach
GC Launchpad operates with an internally developed compliance and documentation system aligned with government contracting requirements — built from the ground up, not adapted from a template.
  • Contractor qualification and verification prior to project approval
  • Structured scope, pricing, and milestone documentation at project intake
  • Time-stamped progress tracking through photos, videos, and compliance uploads
  • Centralized documentation of permits, inspections, and regulatory requirements
  • Automated tracking of insurance, licenses, and subcontractor compliance
  • Complete project records aligned with audit and reporting requirements
This infrastructure enables reliable oversight, reduces execution risk, and provides the audit trail that agencies and prime contractors need — available to primes as part of any teaming arrangement.

Leadership

The people behind the work.

Serena Bhaduri
Serena Bhaduri

Serena Bhaduri built GC Launchpad's compliance and documentation infrastructure from the ground up — the operational backbone supporting licensed project execution, contractor oversight, and government contracting readiness. She holds a B.A. in Mathematics from Bryn Mawr College.

Her background includes structuring complex commercial partnerships and multi-party agreements, with direct experience working alongside legal and compliance teams in regulated environments. She developed the company's systems governing contract execution, payment workflows, milestone documentation, and audit controls.

At GCLP, she leads company-wide decision-making across project approval, contract structure, pricing, and compliance oversight — and serves as the primary point of contact for contracting and procurement inquiries.

Igor Inkov
Igor Inkov

Igor Inkov is the licensed general contractor of record for GC Launchpad, holding active GC and electrical licenses in Florida and New York. He holds a degree in Electrical Engineering and brings 15+ years of field experience across commercial, institutional, and government projects.

He is responsible for technical execution within approved project scopes, including field coordination, subcontractor oversight, permitting, inspections, and delivery across multiple trades.

His experience includes electrical systems, low-voltage infrastructure, structured cabling, security systems, building automation, and data center environments — including work requiring compliance with public procurement standards and regulatory oversight.

Teaming & Partnership

Built for primes, JVs, and set-aside contracts.

Whether you need a set-aside partner, a capable subcontractor, or a licensed prime to anchor a joint venture, GCLP is structured for government contracting — including the documentation and audit compliance that most small contractors can't deliver.

What We Bring to the Table
GCLP self-performs project management, electrical systems work, low-voltage installation, and licensed GC functions — all under our own licenses. We can serve as prime contractor on set-aside contracts, subcontractor on larger open-competition projects, or JV partner where our set-aside certifications and licensed scope complete the team.
Audit-Ready Documentation
The compliance headache with small set-aside partners is usually documentation — they can't produce the records government auditors need. GCLP's project infrastructure generates time-stamped milestone records, subcontractor compliance tracking, permit documentation, and complete audit trails by default. Primes and JV partners get this as part of the engagement, not as an afterthought.
Arrangement Flexibility
We move quickly on NDAs and teaming agreements. Our structure works as prime (set-aside), sub (specialty scope), or JV anchor. If you're a larger GC that needs licensed electrical and low-voltage coverage with set-aside eligibility — or a prime that needs a compliant, documentable sub — contact us to discuss fit.
For project-specific inquiries or to discuss a teaming arrangement, contact Serena Bhaduri at sbhaduri@gclaunchpad.com or (754) 778-9163, or submit an inquiry at gclaunchpad.com/contact.
